This Week’s events

The season is heating up–

Lots of things coming up on the calendar. Those of us planning Joseph need to make our reservations and that is for Sept. 20-21. Between now and then, however, there’s lots of pedalling to do.

1. Don’t forget to enter you mileage in the 10,000 Mile challenge
   1. In the first 3 days we generated
      603 total miles, 82 as commuter miles and a combined total of 685 miles.
      Not bad for 3 days, but I know lots of you, Carol, who haven’t entered your miles yet. Dave
   2. Results are posted on the 10,000 Mile challenge oage,
2. We still need volunteers for the Wellness Fair on the 15th
3. The Last night ride is Tuesday, 6:30, from Riverview Marina. Next week the ice cream rides take over.
4. The Crazy Ladies ride Wednesday Mornings at 10:30 from Southway boat launch unti the 21st when they begin rolling at 9 am.
5. Time Trials Thursday’s at 6 from Down River Road. Formation by 5:50pm.
6. Jen, Scott, Linda, and I will be in Spokane completing part 2 of the Road I course from the League of American Cyclists so I won’t be calling for a ride. Consider subscribing to the discussion list to set up a ride with someone. No one has taken it upon themselves to establish a regular Saturday morning ride. How about you?
7. Sunday, 10 am Southway Boat Launch: Kendrick Ride. Nicki leads this mother’s day ride. Get momma out on a bike. Relative flat 70+ mile ride at casual pace.
