I don’t ever expect to ride a bicycle in New York City, but people do. After my experience riding through Vancouver BC last summer, I don’t expect to do that again, but people do.

The prinicpal of safe-city cycling are the same small town or big. TS101 offered by TRC from the League of American Bicyclists teaches the skills described here by a New York columnist who takes the plunge.–Corrie
