Adventure Cycling Association: How Do You Sandwich?

Cycle Montana taught Linda and me a couple of new tricks. One was the sandwich routine. Each morning at breakfast we’d find a talbe l;aid out with all the fixings for lots of different sandwiches. You made your own, wrote your name on the baggy containing your lunch and dropped it into one of two coolers.

Of course, if your doing self-supported touring there’s not likely to be a cooler available.–Corrie

 

s there a magical way to keep the tomatoes from making your bread all soggy? I like peanut butter as much as the next girl, but I can’t imagine eating it every day. There has to be a solution, right?
